Description

The STvega Slicer Fresh H250 is designed for cutting meat and fish at an angle. Thanks to the ability to adjust the angle, you can get slices of different thicknesses, which is suitable for both raw and finished products: salmon, chicken, red meat, bacon and others. The unique features of the device include cutting at different angles and feeding the product into the cutting area with two parallel belts, which significantly increases productivity.

Principle of operation:

Slicing parameters are adjusted using the touch screen. The operator feeds the product onto two conveyor belts that transport it to the slicing area. The blade cuts the product at a given angle into slices from 2 to 100 mm thick. The cut pieces through the belt enter the initial zone and move to the next processing step.
