Description
The STvega Belt Cutter Gilo H300 industrial machine is designed for vertical cutting of products into slices or cubes. The design is based on the operation of a guillotine knife, the speed of which is synchronized with the feed of the conveyor belt. The equipment is designed for processing zucchini, eggplant, cucumbers, peppers, mushrooms and other elongated vegetables.
Due to the presence of an upper pressure conveyor, the model is also used for cutting pita rolls into uniform strips (straws). The clamping mechanism stabilizes the light dough before the cut moment, which ensures dimensional accuracy and prevents deformation of the product.
Principle of operation:
The product is placed on a conveyor belt, which feeds it under the clamping mechanism. During movement, the product is transported to the slicing area, where it passes through a guillotine-type knife. Depending on the type of knife installed, the product is cut into slices or cubes. Cut products are transported by a belt to the prepared container or to the next stage of processing.
Important: To ensure stable and high-quality slicing, it is recommended to feed products of the same caliber (similar diameter and height) in a dense stream. Since the fixing mechanism is adjusted to the specific height of the raw material, a significant difference in the size of the fruit can lead to insufficient pressing of smaller units, their displacement and uneven slicing. Sequential placement of products “one after another” allows each subsequent fruit to fix the previous one, which guarantees maximum cutting accuracy.
The company provides full service and warranty service.
