Description

The STvega BMix H250/H350/H650/H1200 mixer is designed for mixing multi-component products. It is able to mix viscous foods such as rice, meat, minced meat, as well as vegetable products, cold cuts, salads, etc., to a homogeneous consistency. The mixer can be equipped with a vacuum mixing function.

Principle of operation:

According to technological requirements and approved recipes, the various components are loaded into the mixing hopper. After pressing the “start” button, the stirring mechanism starts. The operating time is controlled by the operator, it is possible to use the “start”/”stop” function. The augers can rotate in different directions. After mixing is completed and the mechanism is turned off, the finished product is unloaded through the outlet at the bottom of the mixer into the prepared container.
