Description

STvega Meat Dicer H550/750TR industrial slicers are designed for high-precision cutting of meat, bacon, sausages and poultry in three planes to obtain perfect cubes or bars. The equipment is widely used in enterprises where it is important to ensure stable cutting geometry and high productivity. Models with TR index equipped with an integrated diverter conveyor, which allows you to fully automate the process of unloading finished products and easily integrate the machine into continuous production lines.

Principle of operation:

The raw materials are placed by the operator in the receiving compartment, after which the chamber is hermetically sealed using a side pressure knob. The hydraulic system automatically activates the piston, which gradually feeds the product into the cutting area to the working bodies. Grinding takes place using a complex cutting mechanism: first, two mutually perpendicular frames of knives cut the product in horizontal and vertical planes into strips, after which the sickle-shaped knife performs the final cut, forming cubes of a given size. The finished product instantly enters the outlet conveyor, which smoothly moves the cutting to the container or to the next stage of the technological process. The use of a conveyor prevents the product from accumulating near the discharge area, eliminating the risk of it sticking together or deforming under its own weight.

Note: The machine is not intended to work with frozen raw materials (below 0°C), meat with bones or foods with a high content of coarse veins.
