Description

The high-performance STvega Dicer H6000 machine is designed for precise cutting of frozen meat, poultry, fish and other products into cubes or strips. The equipment is designed for operation in large meat processing complexes, where it is critically important to maintain the ideal geometry of the cut when working with raw materials at low temperatures. A wide range of size adjustment and a powerful drive allow the machine to be integrated into automated lines with a capacity of up to 6 tons per hour.

Principle of operation:

The prepared raw materials (block meat or large pieces) are fed into the loading chamber, where they are subjected to intense exposure to a multi-knife cutting unit. The special design of the knives makes it easy to pass through frozen fabrics at temperatures between -10°C and 0°C, avoiding fiber tears and product deformation. After the slicing cycle is completed, the finished product enters the built-in outlet conveyor, which is an integral part of the machine design and ensures a continuous supply of the cut fraction to the next stages of packaging or processing.
