Description

During processing, the tea leaf is delicately twisted around the central vein, which stimulates the secretion of cell juice and forms a dense, attractive structure of the finished tea. The equipment combines the principle of manual twisting with high-efficiency mechanized operation, ensuring stable product quality without damaging the integrity of the sheet.

How the equipment works:

The prepared (dried) tea leaf is loaded into the upper drum of the machine. With the help of the flywheel of the screw mechanism, the operator sets the required level of pressure of the pressure plate on the raw material. During operation, the drum makes complex planetary (elliptical) movements relative to the stationary plate. Special molded ribs of the cymbal in combination with the pressure of the disc gradually twist the sheet, preventing the formation of dense lumps. Step-by-step pressure adjustment during the cycle allows you to control the intensity of juice secretion.

After the processing is completed, the unloading hatch is unlocked by a two-stage lever, and the twisted sheet is conveniently poured through an inclined chute into the container and directed to the next technological stage – fermentation.

What ensures the efficiency of the machine:

• The special kinematics of the drum movement and the geometry of the cymbal ribs provide delicate twisting without breaking the leaf plate.
• The screw-copier clamping mechanism allows for a smooth change of force during the cycle, and when fully lifted, it automatically pulls the pressure cap to the side for unhindered loading.
• Equipping the control cabinet with a complete motor protection unit (against overloads, asymmetry and phase breaks) guarantees uninterrupted operation in intensive mode.
• A two-stage mechanical hatch lock makes it impossible to open it spontaneously under load and ensures quick cleaning of the chamber.
• All elements in contact with raw materials (drum, plate with ribs, pressure plate, discharge chute) are made of food-grade stainless steel.
