Description

The STvega HFS 280 slicer is designed for delicate slicing of fresh fish at a given angle. The equipment is equipped with movable sharp blades that ensure precise and uniform cutting of the product. The cutting angle and width of the knives are determined at the production stage according to the customer’s terms of reference and are not subject to change after the machine is manufactured.

Principle of operation:

The operator places the product prepared for cutting using a special spatula on the feeding platform in the receiving compartment. After that, by pressing a button on the remote control unit, the duty cycle starts. The platform feeds the product at a certain angle into the slicing area, where it passes through moving cutting blades and is cut into slices of a given thickness. The operator takes out the finished slices with a spatula and moves them to the container for finished products or to the next stage of processing.
