Description
STvega Berry Grinder Series H Industrial Colloidal Mill is a specialized equipment for high-tech grinding, homogenization and emulsification of liquid and pasty products. The system provides homogeneous mixtures with a particle size of 2 to 50 microns, which allows you to achieve a stable consistency of the finished product with a level of homogeneity of more than 90%. This solution is optimal for the production of products with high texture requirements: from berry and fruit purees to complex sauces, nut spreads and vegetable milks.
Principle of operation:
The mill is based on the method of mechanical shear and friction in the gap between the stator and the rotor. The raw material is fed through the loading hopper and, under the influence of centrifugal force and its own weight, enters the grinding chamber. The internal space of the chamber is divided into three successive processing zones: coarse, fine and ultra-fine grinding. When passing through these zones, the product is exposed to intense vibration and friction frequencies.
The design of the machine provides for the possibility of fine-tuning the position of the stator relative to the rotor, which allows you to optimize the grinding process depending on the viscosity and physicochemical properties of a particular raw material. The finished mass is removed from the machine in a continuous mode, maintaining the structure thanks to the water cooling system.
