STvega Berry H250 Berry Calibration and Sorting Machine (Calibrator)

Description

The STvega Berry H250 machine is designed for accurate calibration and accurate sorting of blueberries, blueberries, lingonberries and other small round berries by size. The equipment provides several uniform fractions of the product, which increases the presentation, quality and value of the finished product.

The design of the equipment is designed in such a way as to guarantee delicate work with the berry, while maintaining its shape and natural structure without damage. There are two versions – made of ferrous metal with food-grade stainless contact zones or completely stainless steel.

Principle of operation:

After manually feeding the crop on the conveyor table, the berry is evenly distributed and passes through the ventilation zone, where the fan removes light impurities, dust and excess moisture. On the conveyor belt, the operator can additionally reject foreign fractions or damaged berries.

Next, the product enters the sorting part, which consists of 3 or 4 calibration levels (depending on the model). Each sorting drum is equipped with holes of a certain diameter. The berry moves along the rotating drums and gradually falls inside through holes of the appropriate size, forming separate fractions: the smallest remains at the first level, the largest one passes to the next ones. The sorted berries of each fraction are delivered to the appropriate unloading conveyors and sent to containers or for further processing.
