Description
The STvega Elevator L1500 feed elevator with a soaking hopper is designed for pre-washing and feeding the product into a washing/cleaning machine or other equipment, depending on the technological process. The elevator is equipped with an enlarged loading hopper, a movable conveyor belt and a speed controller, which allows you to adjust the feed speed, the electronic part is isolated in a remote outdoor unit.
It is possible to produce a feed elevator of different heights, with different sizes of receiving hopper, conveyor belt, according to the needs of production.
Principle of operation:
Vegetables, fruits or other products intended for transportation are loaded into a receiving hopper filled with water. Thanks to the air bubbles supplied from the bottom of the hopper, the products are pre-washed. The conveyor belt continuously moves and lifts the product towards unloading to the next equipment for further operations. The operator, using the speed controller located on the remote control unit panel, adjusts the desired speed of the conveyor.
