Description
The STvega RollTable L2000/3000/4500 illuminated inspection table is designed for inspection, manual sorting and rejection of fresh fruit and vegetable products, nuts, dried fruits after washing, cleaning, processing with subsequent shipment via a conveyor to containers for finished products or for further stages of the technological process. By adjusting the speed of the conveyor, it is possible to connect the inspection table to the production line.
Principle of operation:
After the processing stage, the product enters the roller conveyor of the inspection table. With the help of a separator, the incoming product is distributed into several streams. Moving along the conveyor, the processed raw materials are subjected to visual inspection by inspectors, followed by additional cleaning of the product (if necessary) and rejection of low-quality products, which enter the container for scrap in a separate line. For a high-quality view, there is a lighting lamp on top along the length of the table, LED backlighting. Further, the inspected product through the outlet compartment enters the container for finished products or to the next stage of the technological process.
