Description
The STvega Msaw H3400 industrial band saw is designed for fast and accurate cutting of fresh and frozen meat, fish (with and without bones) into portions of the required size and thickness. Slicing excludes the crushing of bones into fragments. A band saw allows you to process fairly large products, spending a minimum of time on this.
Principle of operation:
The operator uses the limiting bar to set the desired width of the cut product. Next, the operator places the product on the work surface of the table, after which he starts the machine by pressing the “Start” button. Then, using a pusher, he cuts the product according to the required size. Waste during cutting falls into a special tray. The cut product is sent to the container for finished products or to the next stage of the technological process.
