Description
The semi-automatic STvega Cake Rounder H3000 machine consists of two machines: Divider (division) and Rounder (rounding). The machines are designed for separating and shaping dough. This equipment is designed for processing soft dough.
In the Divider Machine There is an even feeding of the dough through the mold and dividing it into equal portions, and with the help of the Rounder machine, the dough is formed into balls and fed by a conveyor belt for further processing. The size and weight of the dough are adjustable, the equipment has precise adjustment, convenience and ease of use.
Principle of operation:
The dough is fed into the Divider loading hopper from above, at the bottom there are two augers that, rotating, guide the dough through the mold. At the exit from the mold, using a knife, the dough is divided into portions, equal in weight and shape. After separation, a portion of dough enters the loading hopper of the Rounder machine, from where it enters the wheel of the rounding mechanism. Passing through the chute of the rounding mechanism, portions of dough are formed into balls that fall on the conveyor belt and are fed to the operator for further processing.
