Description
The STvega Breading Crumbs H100 breading machine is designed to evenly apply bread crumbs to the surface of meat and other food products before the frying or freezing step. The equipment provides a stable quality of breading and allows you to automate the process of preparing semi-finished products.
The machine can operate as a stand-alone unit or be integrated into a process line together with molding, wetting or frying modules. Suitable for the production of cutlets, nuggets, schnitzels and other breaded products.
Principle of operation:
The product is fed onto the conveyor belt manually or comes from the previous stage of production. When moving under the hopper, the breadcrumbs are evenly spilled onto the surface of the product and cover it on all sides. The speed of the tape movement and the intensity of the feeding of crumbs ensure a stable thickness of the breading layer.
At the exit of the machine, air blowing removes excess crumbs, so that the products have a neat appearance and are ready for further heat treatment or packaging. Then the product is transported to the container or to the next stage of the technological line.
