Operating principle:
The raw material is loaded into the receiving hopper, after which it is fed to the cutting unit using a powerful auger. In the cutting unit, the meat is chopped with a knife and passes through a perforated diaphragm with holes of the required size, forming minced meat of uniform consistency. In the basic configuration, the machine is equipped with one knife and one diaphragm, which ensures reliable and uninterrupted operation.
