Description
The STvega VPM H200 machine is designed for vacuuming and packaging vacuum bags, retort bags with food inside, including meat products, sausages, beef, pork, seafood and fish, vegetables and fruits, cheese products, pet food, etc. The purpose of the vacuum process is to extend the shelf life of food.
The packaging machine can use vacuum bags made of various materials for sealing, including bags made of PET, PA, PE, aluminum foil and combined materials. Both autonomous use and operation as part of a conveyor line are possible.

Principle of operation:
STvega VPM H200 continuous belt type vacuum packaging machine is one kind of chamber vacuum packaging machine. The equipment has a rotating conveyor belt to transport the product bags to the vacuum chamber and then out of the vacuum chamber – after the vacuum sealing process is completed. The process of vacuuming and sealing bags with the product is carried out in the working chamber by a vacuum pump and a heating element. The most convenient point of the vacuum packaging machine is that the rotating conveyor belt makes it possible to combine the operation of the machine with the operation of the main conveyor to collect the finished packages. Operators do only minimal work of stacking products in bags and placing bags in the right place on the sealing bar.
