Description
The STvega Pro VN L5000/7000 steam blanching machine is designed for fast and uniform heat treatment of vegetables, fruits and other products before further processing. The equipment provides stable processing quality, high productivity and meets the sanitary and hygienic requirements of the food industry. Thanks to the sealed design and effective thermal insulation, heat loss and energy consumption are reduced, and the use of steam as a coolant allows you to preserve the natural color, aroma and nutritional properties of the product.
Principle of operation:
The product is loaded onto a stainless steel conveyor belt, which moves it evenly through the processing area with saturated steam. The steam is supplied through an electromagnetic automatic control system, which allows precise temperature control in the range from 0 to 100 °C depending on the type of raw material and technological requirements. The main drive is equipped with a frequency controller, which allows you to change the speed of the belt according to the required blanching time. Once the process is complete, the product leaves the processing area and can be submitted for cooling or further processing.
