Description

The STvega Combo is a compact and highly efficient solution for automating the processes of cutting a wide range of vegetables and fruits. Thanks to the interchangeable knife system, one machine replaces an entire staff of employees, performing the four most popular types of slicing. The equipment is ideal for small production workshops, HoReCa establishments and enterprises engaged in the production of salads, Korean carrots, french fries and fruit preparations.

Slicing capabilities (4 types):

  • Cube (5–20 mm): for vinaigrettes, soups, and vegetable mixes (except soft and layered vegetables such as bell peppers).
  • Straws (2–5 mm): Ideal for Korean carrots, celery, and beet salads.
  • Bar (2–20 mm): for cooking french fries and vegetable sticks.
  • Slice (2–20 mm): straight and curly slices of cucumbers, carrots or apples.

Principle of operation:

The product is fed through a cone-shaped loading chute. The special shape of the chute provides the effect of “self-clamping” of raw materials, which guarantees a stable supply to the cutting area without additional operator effort. Inside the chamber, a rotating disc knife of a special design cuts the product into predetermined shapes. Cut products through the outlet compartment instantly enter the prepared container.
