Description
STvega Inspection Table H3000 is designed for inspection, manual sorting and rejection of fresh fruit and vegetable products, nuts, dried fruits after washing, cleaning, processing with subsequent shipment using a belt conveyor to containers for finished products or to further stages of the technological process. This equipment is intended for use as part of production lines in the food and processing industries.
Principle of operation:
After the processing stage, the product enters the conveyor belt of the inspection table. With the help of a separate bar, the incoming product is distributed into several streams. Moving along the conveyor belt, the processed raw materials are subjected to visual inspection by inspectors, followed by additional cleaning of the product (if necessary) and rejection of low-quality products, which fall into the container for scrap along a separate line. For a high-quality view, there is a lighting lamp and LED backlight on top along the length of the table. Next, the inspected product through the outlet compartment enters the container for finished products or the next stage of the technological process.
