The STvega Mix Salad H250/H300 food mixer is designed for mixing multi-component products, a variety of salads, vegetables, fruits, etc.
The mixer is equipped with a wheelbase, which makes it easy to move. Easy to maintain and clean, has compact dimensions. Made of food-grade stainless steel SUS 304.
Principle of operation:
According to technological requirements and approved recipes, various components are loaded into the mixing hopper. The stirring mechanism starts. The operating time of the mechanism can be set or the “start” / “stop” function can be used. After mixing and turning off the machine, the hopper is tilted manually. The finished mixture is poured into dugs or other containers.
