Description
The STvega Sushi Forming H100 machine is designed to form sushi blanks of a certain size from rice. The machine comes with one mold of the required size.
Principle of operation:
The operator turns on the equipment, fills the receiving hopper of the machine with ready-made rice for sushi. Next, there is the formation of sushi blanks of a certain weight. The formed workpieces are placed on a rotating plate, from which the operator removes the workpieces manually.
