Description

STvega VPM is a two-chamber vacuum packer with a movable lid, designed for stable and high-quality packaging of food products in bags. The equipment is used for raw meat raw materials, sausages and cheese products, fish and seafood, peeled vegetables and fruits, dry and wet food, as well as other products packed in flexible bags. Vacuuming reduces product contact with air, slows oxidation and helps to preserve freshness, natural color and texture for longer without the use of preservatives.

The machine supports the operation of vacuum bags made of PET, PA, PE, foil and multilayer combined materials, which makes it a one-stop solution for various production tasks. The sealing process takes place on a wide welding bar, which allows you to form an even, strong and tight seam even when placing several bags in the chamber at the same time.

Principle of operation:

The machine is equipped with two vacuum chambers that work alternately, which allows you to minimize downtime between cycles. The operator places the bag with the open edge on the welding bar of one chamber and lowers the lid. After starting the equipment, the vacuum pump pumps out air to a set level, then the system automatically switches to heating and sealing the seam. Once the welding is complete, the chamber is depressurized, the lid is lifted, and the finished bag is removed by the operator, while the second chamber is prepared in parallel for the next cycle.

In the case of packaging of products of low height, it is possible to place bags in two layers or overlap to increase the number of units in one cycle without losing sealing quality.
