Description
The STvega Msaw H370A automated band saw is designed for high-performance cutting of pork flakes into fragments of a given length. The equipment is designed for meat processing shops and by-product production lines, where high processing speed is required while maintaining cutting accuracy. The use of a belt blade instead of disc knives allows you to get a clean cut of bone tissue without crushing, which is important for the presentation of products.
Principle of operation:
Raw materials are loaded onto a feed conveyor equipped with special fixing cells that ensure a stable position of each product unit during movement. The conveyor transports the blades to the cutting area, where a high-speed belt belt is installed. A special clamping mechanism holds the product in contact with the saw, which eliminates vibration and displacement. After cutting, the finished product is discharged through the discharge area for further packaging or processing.
