Description
The STvega CHR H3000 cabbage head removal machine is designed for mechanized cutting of the head of cabbage from cabbage heads before further processing. The equipment is used as part of shredding, salting or processing lines for cabbage and can significantly reduce manual labor at the preparatory stage.
Thanks to the use of a rotating knife, the machine ensures fast and accurate removal of the head of cabbage with minimal operator involvement, while maintaining the shape of the cabbage head and stable processing quality.
Principle of operation:
The machine works on the principle of mechanically cutting a head of cabbage from a head of cabbage using a rotating cutting knife. Before starting work, the operator turns on the equipment and places the cabbage head with the head of cabbage facing down on the support platform with the center hole.
When the product is pressed, the platform smoothly lowers into the cutting area. At this point, the rotating knife precisely cuts the head of cabbage without damaging the main structure of the cabbage head. After the operation is completed, the processed product is removed and transferred for further processing.
The waste generated during the cutting of the head of cabbage is automatically discharged through the discharge chute into the separated container.
