Description
The STvega J1500 / J1500L machine is designed for juicing vegetables, fruits and berries. It is great for processing tomatoes, apples, pears, berries, carrots and other root crops, providing a stable result and a high percentage of juice yield.
Thanks to two separate motors – for crusher and for juicer – the equipment operates without overloads even in long-term operation. The reinforced design of the filter and the frame with special fasteners ensure the durability of the units and high-quality processing of products.
The J1500L model is additionally equipped with a grinder, which allows you to grind the product before squeezing and increase the amount of juice at the outlet.
Principle of operation:
The raw material is fed into the receiving hopper, after which it enters the rotating screw auger. It presses the product against the walls of the strainer and squeezes the liquid out of the pulp as much as possible. The amount of pulp in the juice depends on the size of the filter holes. The squeezed juice comes out through a separate hole and is sent for further processing, and the squeezed pulp is discharged through another hole into the waste container. Thus, effective extraction of juice from the product is ensured.
Note: For processing large and hard foods such as apples, pears, carrots or potatoes, it is recommended to use a model with a chopper (STvega J1500L).
