Description
The STvega Apl Cor H800 machine is designed to remove the core of apples. It has semi-automatic feeding and automatic unloading of the finished product.
Principle of operation:
The operator installs the apples in the silicone bowls of the rotary plate. As the plate rotates, the apples take turns falling under the knife, which removes the core. The product moves on and falls under the pusher, which pushes the apple down from the bowl, after which the apple through the chute through the outlet compartment enters the container for finished products. The removed core is discharged into the waste container behind the machine.
