Description
The STvega Egg Peeler H15000 machine is designed to automatically break eggs and beat the egg mass to obtain melange. The equipment is widely used in food industry enterprises for the production of beverages, egg rolls, confectionery, mayonnaise, ice cream and other products that use melange. The machine provides high productivity while reducing manual labor costs and minimizing product losses.
Principle of operation:
Eggs with pre-washed shells are loaded by the operator into the receiving funnel. Then they enter the working chamber, which consists of a perforated cylinder with a screw screw inside. Under the influence of centrifugal force, the eggs break against the perforated wall, after which the egg mass is mixed to a homogeneous state due to the rotation of the auger. The finished melange passes through the holes of the perforated screen and enters the receiving area for collection, while the remaining shells are moved by the auger to the waste outlet.
