Description

The STvega Egg Pel H10000 machine is designed to automatically clean boiled chicken eggs after cooling, significantly reducing the time usually spent on this operation manually. The equipment ensures delicate and uniform removal of the shell without damaging the protein, which is important for the further use of eggs in food production. The machine is ideal for catering businesses, kitchen factories, salad makers, and other businesses that work with large volumes of boiled eggs.

Principle of operation:

The operator loads the boiled and chilled chicken eggs into a large receiving hopper. Next, the automatic feeding system evenly feeds the product to the roller conveyor, where the eggs are carefully split against the side planks to break the integrity of the shell. After that, the eggs are transferred to spiral shafts that rotate and create a gentle cleaning effect, while water is supplied to remove shell residues more effectively.

While moving along the shafts, the shell separates and falls into the pan, and the peeled eggs move on and are unloaded into the prepared container. For best results, it is recommended to use chilled boiled eggs that are 5 to 10 days old.
