Description
The key advantages of the equipment are the precise 3D synchronization of the movement of the dosing heads along three axes (X, Y, Z) and the ability to simultaneously fill up to 4 containers with four different colors or textures.
Thanks to the full automation of the process and the productivity of up to 800 vials per hour with the involvement of only one operator, the machine allows you to completely avoid defects, blurring of the pattern and overconsumption of raw materials, which usually occur during manual packaging.
How the equipment functions:
The operator installs empty containers in special seat holders. Raw materials (up to 4 different colors or types of cream/gel) are fed from separate loading hoppers. Under the control of the PLC controller, the machine simultaneously immerses multi-needle dosing heads into the container. During the feeding of the product, the heads make programmable movements along the X, Y, Z axes, forming the necessary geometric composition inside the bottle (spiral, layers, waves, decorative inclusions). At the end of the cycle, the filled container is directed to the stage of further capping.
What ensures the efficiency of the machine:
- The machine is capable of simultaneously dispensing 1 to 4 colors or types of cream and oil textures into one container, creating complex multi-component products.
- The precise control system for the movement of the dosing heads in three axes (X, Y, Z) allows you to program and shape a wide range of decorative patterns, such as spirals, waves, flowers or longitudinal stripes.
- The special design of the needle nozzles, combined with precise adjustment of the feed rate, prevents unwanted mixing of colors during filling and maintains the clarity of the texture border.
- Equipped with an industrial PLC controller and a touch display, it allows you to store ready-made filling recipes and quickly switch between different types of patterns.
- The body and all parts in direct contact with raw materials are made of stainless steel, which fully meets the sanitary and hygienic requirements of cosmetic production.
