Description
Industrial machine STvega Fish Deboning H800 is specially designed to automate the most time-consuming process in fish processing – removing large intermuscular bones (pin bones) from salmon fillets. The equipment replaces laborious manual labor, ensuring high processing speed and minimal damage to the meat structure. Due to its high productivity and accuracy, the machine is indispensable for companies producing delicatessen products from salmon, trout and other types of red fish.
Principle of operation:
The fish fillets are placed by the operator on the feed conveyor with the skin side down. The special studded structure of the belt surface reliably fixes the product, preventing it from slipping or moving during mechanical impact. Passing through the cleaning zone, the fillet comes under the action of a rotating rotary mechanism equipped with special grippers. These elements gently pick up and pull the bones from the fibers, preserving the integrity of the meat. Water is continuously supplied directly to the area of contact between the mechanism and the product, which facilitates the process of bone separation, ensures smooth passage of the fillet under the rotor and instantly washes away the removed waste from the working parts of the machine. After the cycle is complete, the cleaned fillet is removed by a conveyor for further packaging or processing.
Equipment advantages:
- A specialized rotor assembly simulates the process of manual bone removal with high accuracy, ensuring maximum yield of pure product with minimal damage.
- The conveyor belt with a spiked profile stabilizes the position of the fillet during processing, which is necessary for high-quality extraction of each bone.
- Infinitely variable conveyor speed and gripper intensity control allows the machine to be adapted to different sizes and conditions of fish fillets.
- The compact, vertical design of SUS 304 stainless steel ensures durability in wet environments and ease of daily sanitation.
