Description
The STvega Dicer H1000 model is designed for professional mechanical cutting of a wide range of vegetables and fruits (potatoes, carrots, beets, onions, apples, etc.). The equipment is designed for intensive operation in enterprises where the key criteria are high throughput and stable product cutting geometry.
Principle of operation:
The raw material enters through the hopper into the working area, where, with the help of centrifugal force, it is fed to the three-dimensional slicing unit. The knife system sequentially divides the product in three planes, forming clear bars or cubes according to the set settings. The slicing mechanism is set up to minimize pressure on the product, preventing juice release and edge deformation. At the end of the cycle, the cut product is discharged through a discharge chute, the height of which allows the use of standard types of industrial containers.
Equipment advantages:
- 3D cutting technology ensures the same shape of all product units, which allows you to achieve a stable cutting quality regardless of the load volume.
- The variability of the initial parameters allows you to obtain a wide range of cutting sizes by selecting the appropriate combination of cutting tools.
- The machine is equipped with a stable wheelbase for quick movement between work areas and a simple mechanical control system.
- The design of the outlet is designed for direct feeding of the product into deep containers or to the receiving line of further processing.
- All components are made of SUS 304 stainless steel, which guarantees the reliability of the mechanisms in contact with the acidic environment of vegetable juices.
The company provides warranty and after-sales service.
