Description

STvega Meat Dicer H500S is a professional equipment designed for high-quality slicing of chilled boneless meat, offal and bacon into neat, calibrated cubes. The design of the machine combines two consecutive types of knives – a block of disc knives for cutting meat into strips and a guillotine knife for the final formation of cubes.

Due to the availability of a wide range of slicing sizes (from 10 to 50 mm), this model is a universal solution for meat processing shops and food industry enterprises that seek to automate the production process of goulash, stews or preparations for semi-finished products.

Principle of operation:

During operation, the operator loads the raw materials into the receiving compartment, from where they are fed into the disc knife block. The system consists of two levels: the lower row of knives has a special serrated shape for a secure grip and stable cutting, and the upper row has smooth and sharp blades for clean cutting through the product fibers. In this area, the meat is cut into equal strips, which are transported by means of a conveyor belt to the guillotine knife assembly. Immediately before dicing, a special clamping mechanism fixes the product, which guarantees high accuracy and evenness of each cut. The guillotine knife performs the final transverse cut, forming cubes of a given size, which enter the container or the next stage of the technological process through the output tray.
