Description
The STvega Dry System F60 dehydrator is designed for effective drying of various products: meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, fruits, berries, mushrooms, herbs, tea, marshmallows, chips and long-term storage products. Drying of areas due to accelerated air exchange in the region of the country, and uniform blowing of warm air through all trays ensures fast and homogeneous drying.
This hot air circulation drying cabinet is equipped with a low-noise high-temperature axial fan and an automatic temperature control system.
Principle of operation:
The operator places the product on pallets that are installed in a drying rack. The racks with the product are placed in the drying cabinet. The drying process takes place due to the uniform distribution of air heated to the required temperature in the middle of the chamber. Air circulation is provided by a heat-resistant fan. After drying is completed, the racks with the product are rolled out of the cabinet, and the dried product enters the prepared container or the next stage of the technological process.
