Description
The complex consists of a screw compressor with permanent magnets and frequency control, an air receiver with a volume of 1000 liters and a refrigerated dryer. This solution allows you to obtain a stable pressure, accumulate a supply of compressed air and reduce the moisture content before being supplied to the process equipment. The station can be used to power packaging, packing, processing and other equipment powered by pneumatic drives.
How the equipment works:
Atmospheric air enters the screw compressor, where it is compressed to a set pressure. Thanks to the frequency converter, the compressor’s performance automatically changes according to the current air consumption, which reduces energy consumption and maintains a stable pressure in the system.
After the compressor, compressed air accumulates in a 1000 liter receiver, which compensates for peak loads and equalizes pressure fluctuations. Next, the air passes through a refrigerated dehumidifier, where it cools, moisture condenses and is removed from the system. The dehumidified air is supplied to the production equipment.
What ensures the efficiency of the machine:
- The screw compressor is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor with direct drive, which ensures high efficiency and minimal mechanical loss.
- Frequency control automatically adapts the compressor’s performance to the actual compressed air consumption, reducing energy consumption.
- The 1000 liter air receiver provides a stable supply of air, compensates for short-term peak loads and maintains uniform pressure in the pneumatic system.
- A refrigerated dryer removes excess moisture from compressed air, which helps to increase the life of pneumatic equipment and increases the reliability of the line.
