Description
The STvega Ready Food Packaging Lines H2000 provides a full cycle of automatic packaging, quality control and labeling of ready-to-eat food trays.
Principle of operation:
The food trays are moved by a conveyor belt for uniform feeding in several streams into the packaging machine. After packing, the trays are sent to the distribution table with guide boards. There, a special mechanism forms the packaged trays into a single flow. Then they pass through a metal detector, which rejects low-quality products. After checking, a label is glued to the trays using a special machine. The final stage is the unloading of the packaged product by conveyor to the finished product collection machine.
