Description
The machine has three weight channels, works with doses of 1-100 g and needs to be connected to an external compressor.
How the equipment works:
The operator loads the product into the hopper and places the finished bags in the machine shop. The bag is fed to the working position and opened, after which the weighing system measures the set portion. The machine fills the bag, heat-seals it and outputs the finished package. The dosing and sealing parameters are adjusted to the properties of the product and the type of bag. Pneumatic units require compressed air.
What ensures the efficiency of the machine:
- A single operator can control the automatic weighing, filling and sealing of finished bags – less repetitive manual labor and the risk of errors.
- Three weight channels and a dosing range of 1-100 g allow you to pack different dry products and serving sizes on a single machine, expanding the range without a separate machine.
- A range of ready-made bags with a width of 100-200 mm and a length of 120-300 mm allows the format to be matched to new SKUs after checking the bag sample.
- A capacity of 15-25 bags/min helps to complete batches faster and increase output at the operating site; the actual rate depends on the product and packaging.
