Description
STvega Small Tray Sealer L260/400/520 G-series semi-automatic traysealers are designed for hermetically sealing of finished trays with various food products in a modified atmosphere. This series uses the method of replacing air with gas flow without a vacuum pump, which ensures fast operation and significantly lower equipment cost compared to vacuum models. This principle of operation allows you to achieve a high level of gas substitution (up to 99%) and at the same time reduces packaging time, increasing productivity (by an average of 30%).
Principle of operation:
The operator places the filled trays in the sealing form, sets the necessary parameters on the touch control panel and starts the cycle. The mold automatically drives inside the machine, where gas is fed directly into the chamber, displacing air and creating a modified atmosphere without the use of a vacuum pump. After that, the tray is hermetically sealed with roll film. After completing the cycle, the mold goes outside, and the operator picks up the finished packaged trays for further processing or shipment.
