Description
The STvega Cheese Grinder H300 industrial cheese grater is designed for grinding and granulating soft cheeses. The design of the machine is optimized to obtain a homogeneous fraction without overheating the product, which is important for preserving its texture. The equipment is designed for intensive use at food industry enterprises, cheese factories and large catering establishments.
Principle of operation:
The product is fed into the loading hopper, where it enters the working area with a rotating drum. Under the influence of mechanical friction and forced punching (extrusion), the cheese passes through a perforated sieve. Depending on the direction of rotation and the drum speed settings, the raw materials are crushed to a state of homogeneous granules. The size of the fraction is adjusted by installing interchangeable sieves with a hole diameter of 2 to 50 mm. The special design of the knife holder allows you to efficiently process even caked or dense pieces of cheese, grinding them to a given size.
