The STvega Elevator H320 is a professional equipment for automating the initial stage of processing vegetables and fruits, combining the functions of long-term soaking of raw materials and lifting them to the next section of the line. Thanks to the built-in bubbling system (air bubbles), the hopper works as a bath for intensive soaking and softening of soil, sand or clay residues. This allows you to effectively prepare the product for further washing, greatly facilitating the work of the main washing machine and extending the life of its brushes.
The ability to manufacture an elevator according to individual technical parameters of the customer helps to ideally integrate it into the existing workshop space. Thanks to the built-in frequency control, the operator can smoothly control the pace of the product feed, preventing overloading or downtime of the equipment in subsequent stages of production.
Principle of operation:
Products are loaded into a receiving hopper filled with water. Compressed air is supplied from the bottom of the hopper through a special system of nozzles, which creates the effect of bubbling (bubbling). Streams of air bubbles delicately mix the product in water, which helps to effectively soften soil and sand residues. The conveyor belt immersed in the hopper continuously picks up the raw materials and lifts them at an angle to the discharge unit. The operator adjusts the speed of the conveyor using a frequency converter on the remote control unit, which guarantees precise synchronization with the performance of the next equipment in the line.
