Description
STvega Pasteurization H200 equipment is designed for pasteurization of milk and dairy products (cow, sheep, goat’s milk, etc.), as well as for juice, beer, honey and other liquids.
Principle of operation:
In a pasteurizer, milk is processed at a temperature below the boiling point of the product, at which beneficial bacteria are stored, while harmful bacteria, such as Escherichia coli, etc., are destroyed.
Pasteurizer models differ in cooling method:
- cooling with a refrigeration compressor;
- cooling with an ice block;
- cooling with cold tap water.
