Description
STvega Press Juicer H-series industrial cake presses are specially designed for efficient squeezing of liquid from solid raw materials, products with low moisture content and processing of production waste. The equipment allows you to obtain the most dehydrated dry pulp, which significantly reduces the volume of waste and allows you to extract a useful extract even from specific raw materials. Depending on the selected model, the press can be used as an independent unit or as part of a powerful processing complex with a throughput of up to 5 m3/h.
Principle of operation:
The raw material is loaded through the receiving hopper, where it first enters the pre-grinding unit to prepare the mass for the required fraction. After that, the crushed product enters the spin chamber directly to the working auger. During rotation, the screw creates high pressure by pressing the mass against the inner surface of the perforated sieve, through which the liquid flows out. Due to the design of the screw, intensive compression of the product occurs along the entire chamber, which ensures maximum moisture separation. The extracted liquid flows through the drainage pipe, and the dehydrated dry pulp exits through the discharge unit at the end of the working area.
