Description
The STvega Hor Slicer H500 is designed for slicing vegetables and fruits and is also ideal for making apple chips. It has a high productivity – up to 500 kg/h.
In addition to the motor and electrical components, all equipment is made of SUS 304 stainless steel. Thanks to the removable panels, the machine is easy to maintain and clean, making it reliable and practical to use. It also complies with food safety standards.
This machine can be used both separately and as part of a production line in catering establishments, cafes, restaurants, farms, as well as medium and small enterprises in the food and processing industry.
Principle of operation:
The operator manually feeds the product into one of the loading cylinders. The cylinders have different diameters, which allows you to process products of different sizes. There is also a cylinder located at an angle that turns round products into oval slices. After that, the product is lowered onto horizontal cutting knives, which cut it into equal rings (slices) of a given thickness. Finished slices go through the compartment into the container or are sent to the next stage of the technological process.
