Description
The STvega Meat Hor Slicer H16A horizontal slicer is designed for high-precision slicing of products such as meat, chicken and fish fillets. The machine works optimally with chilled products with temperatures up to 0 °C, ensuring uniform cutting thickness and high productivity.
Principle of operation:
The operator manually lays out the raw materials on the conveyor, which moves them to the slicing unit. In front of the working area, the clamping mechanism securely fixes the product, and the upper belt ensures its stable feed and uniform passage through the knives. Horizontal blades carefully cut the fillet into slices of a given thickness, maintaining the integrity of the fibers. Finished slices are transported by conveyor to a container or automatically fed to the next stage of the technological process.
