Principle of operation:
The operator installs the fruits in the working area, where they are fixed by the lower holders. The upper holders, driven by the compressor, are lowered and press the fruits from above, ensuring their secure fixation. After starting the mechanism, the fruits begin to rotate around their axis. The peeler knife, fixed on a spring mechanism, smoothly moves along the surface during the rotation of the fruit, removing the skin evenly. The adjustable pressing force allows you to precisely control the thickness of the cut, avoiding damage to the pulp. Once the cleaning cycle is complete, the operator switches off the machine and removes the processed product, which is ready for further use or packaging.
