Description

The STvega Egg Crusher H5000 machine is designed to automatically break chicken and quail eggs and accurately separate the yolk from the protein. It combines high performance, robust design and economical power consumption.

The equipment is made of stainless steel, meets sanitary requirements and is suitable for work in bakeries, confectionery, ready-to-eat industries and industrial workshops of medium and large scale.

Principle of operation:

The operator loads the eggs into the receiving compartment, after which they enter the individual cells of the conveyor belt. The tape moves the product into the breaking chamber, where special knives gently open the shell. The white and yolk flow into a separator that guides them into different containers, ensuring precise separation. The broken shell is automatically discharged into the waste container.

Note: when using eggs with poor protein quality or at risk of mixing with the yolk, it is recommended to cool them to temperatures below 14 °C.
