Principle of operation:
The product is fed into a large receiving tray, after which it is evenly distributed to the sorting section. Depending on the production tasks, loading can be carried out both on one side of the machine and on its upper part. Next, vegetables or fruits are fed onto a tape made of food-grade silicone, which is elastic, non-toxic and corrosion resistant.
The product passes through successive calibration zones, where it is sorted by size. All elements in contact with the product are made of flexible materials, so that the calibration process is accurate and without damage.
The machine forms up to four sorting levels, after which the products are unloaded into the appropriate containers or onto a further line.
