Description
The STvega Msaw H370 high-performance band saw is designed to automate the process of portioned slicing of pork rattles and other bone by-products. The equipment is designed for intensive operation at large meat processing enterprises with a daily production rate of up to 10 tons. The design of the machine provides a stable and clean cut, which allows you to obtain high quality products with strict adherence to the specified dimensions.
Principle of operation:
The product is fed into the cutting area using a system of two vertically arranged conveyor belts. The feeding area is covered with a protective screen that prevents accidental contact of the operator with moving units. The strokes tightly fix and center the blade, automatically transporting it to the cutting blade moving at high speed. Thanks to reliable fixation, vibration of raw materials at the moment of contact with the saw is excluded, which guarantees a neat cut without crushing the bone. After passing through the cutting belt, the conveyor leads the cut parts through the unloading chute into a pre-prepared container.
Equipment advantages:
- The vertical conveyor feeding system ensures a rigid fixation of the product and the safety of the operator during operation.
- The high engine power makes it easy to cope with intense loads and ensures a stable cutting speed for thick bone tissue.
- The design of the protective screen with a pre-cutting zone minimizes the risk of injury and prevents accidental contact of the operator with moving conveyor belts.
- The use of high-quality stainless steel ensures that the equipment meets sanitary standards and prevents oxidation of surfaces throughout their entire service life.
