Description

The STvega Frozen Meat Dicer H430 Frozen Food Slicing Machine is designed for dicing all types of frozen meat and meat products, such as pork, beef, lamb, sausage and ham, with a temperature of -10 to 0 °C. The size of the cubes can be adjusted from 8 to 35 mm. The optimum product temperature for slicing is -6 to -5 °C. The machine is entirely made of SUS 304 food-grade stainless steel, making it easy to maintain and clean, practical and safe, in compliance with international food safety standards.

This machine can be used as standalone equipment or as part of a production line in large and medium-sized enterprises engaged in the production of meat products in the food and processing industries.

Principle of operation:

The operator loads the frozen meat into the loading compartment, after which the product is exposed to the clamping mechanism. This mechanism positions the meat by pressing it firmly with four movable heads, which ensures a high-quality, precise and even cut. The conveyor belt and the belt on the heads of the clamping mechanism have a studded surface for better grip and transportation of the product. Slicing is performed with a guillotine knife, which cuts slices of a given thickness. The sliced slices then fall on vertically arranged disc knives, which cut the product into cubes. The size of the cubes depends on the feed speed, the cutting speed of the guillotine knife, and the distance between the knives in the disc knife block. These parameters are adjusted by the operator using the touch screen. The cut product is transported to the container for finished products or to the next stage of the technological process. The recommended temperature of the product for slicing is -6 – -5 °C.
