The recommended meat temperature during slicing is -6…-5 °C.

Thanks to the innovative knife system, the machine allows you to get a uniformly cut product in the form of straws or cubes, depending on the design of the knife assembly.

Principle of operation:

The operator places the frozen meat in the loading compartment, after which the product is fed into the cutting area. The knife system cuts in the form of straws or cubes, depending on the design of the knife assembly. All parameters of the machine are adjustable via the touch screen. The cut product from the exit zone is directed to the prepared container for finished products or to the next stage of the technological process.
