The STvega Qual Egg Peeler F1000 is designed for delicate removal of shells from quail eggs. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, it provides high productivity, preserving the integrity of the eggs and significantly reducing their processing time.

The basic configuration includes the main cleaning machine. To achieve maximum cleaning quality and increase productivity, the process can be supplemented with a shell cracking machine. Thanks to its operation, the main machine peels eggs faster and with greater precision.

Principle of operation:

Before starting the cleaning process, the eggs are fed into a previous machine, where microcracks are evenly created on the shell. It is the use of this unit that allows you to prepare the product for final cleaning at maximum speed and ensure the declared performance of the equipment.

Next, quail eggs enter the receiving hopper of the main machine, where they are evenly moistened with water for better preparation for cleaning. Then, together with the flow of water, they are moved to rotating shafts, which provide delicate removal of the shell. A special movable clamping mechanism is held on top of the eggs, operating with an optimal amplitude, ensuring stable contact with the shafts until complete cleaning. After that, the peeled eggs are automatically fed through the discharge chute to the outlet tray, where they are collected in prepared containers.
